How do you get a first-time investor from download to first investment without losing them somewhere in KYC? Harder than it sounds.
I'm Charan. I started out writing software, went to business school to understand why we build what we build, and ended up in fintech product. At Zolve I helped people who had just moved countries get their first local bank account. Now at FundsIndia I work on how India invests in mutual funds. The thread through all of it is simple: money is stressful, and a good product can quietly take that stress away.
Three problems I keep coming back to. I don't have all the answers yet, which is exactly why they're interesting.
