About FundsIndia
FundsIndia is one of India's earliest online investment platforms. It has been helping people invest in mutual funds for close to two decades, and that history is a strength and a challenge at once: deep trust and a large investor base, built on top of an equally large amount of legacy product.
What I work on
I own the mutual fund experience on the app: how people discover funds, build a cart, pay, and redeem. The biggest piece of that so far has been the end-to-end revamp of those flows, which has its own write-up if you want the details.
Beyond the revamp, my time goes into onboarding, retention, and the unglamorous-but-important work of making sure people can help themselves without calling support.
